First visit to a urologist and Dr. Raykhman made it very pleasant. Very comforting and mannerism was great; very calm which helped me relax... I was very anxious due to the symptoms I have been having chronically. The wait to meet him was not long but the wait for the sonogram afterwards was about an hour. Second visit I had with a female doctor because Dr. Raykhman was out. VERY UNPLEASANT. Cut off all my questions, not sure if it was a cultural thing but very abrasive and sounded like she just wanted to get me out of the office. She was rude, lazy in answering my questions, left the room to help someone else in the middle of talking to me, and spent less than 20 minutes explaining lab results and answering my questions... not very helpful ... Even though I have insurance I thought it was a waste of my time and money.

The NP was very nice , as well as the assistants and ths front desk. They make you feel comfortable and are very knowledgeable. Also a very calm and clean environment. Highly recommended.
